Meet the Pipers and Drummers of Greighlan Crossing Pipe Band
Our Grade 3A pipe band brings together pipers, snare drummers, tenor drummers and bass drummers from across British Columbia. Greighlan Crossing is made up of dedicated musicians from all walks of life, including teachers, tradespeople, students, and healthcare workers, all brought together by a deep love of pipe band music.
From experienced veterans to rising young talent, each musician brings their own passion, skill and dedication to the band. But Greighlan Crossing is about more than music. The friendships, mutual respect and shared commitment within the band are what make it special, inspiring us to support one another and make every performance unforgettable.

Our Solo Competitors
The Highland Games season demands an incredible level of dedication from our members. Throughout the season, Greighlan Crossing proudly competed at nearly every Highland Games on the BCPA circuit, while many of our musicians also took on the challenge of solo competition.
For these members, competition days often began long before the band took the field. They were among the first to arrive each morning, competing in solo events before joining their bandmates for a full day of performances and band competitions. Balancing both disciplines requires countless hours of preparation, commitment, and passion, making their achievements all the more impressive.
